Storage Location Setup

Storage Locations are optional settings that can be used to assign items to a location within a warehouse or warehouses.

You can have as many Storage Locations as you need for various local purposes. Each item can only be assigned to one Storage Location.

• Enter a Description for the Storage Location.

  • Descriptions must be unique.

  • Existing Storage Location descriptions can be updated.

• Click Clear to erase the Description field to enter a new Storage Location description.
• Click Delete to delete a Storage Location from the grid.
  • If a Storage Location is currently in use, it cannot be deleted.
• Click Save once all of the Storage Locations have been created.
